Disappointed with the online store of GAsupply

I'm a GAsupply customer, and I recently had a negative online purchase experience. It took me longer than I had anticipated to find what I wanted on their website, despite the fact that they have a large assortment of vehicle parts and accessories. The checkout procedure was also problematic for me. Which things were part of my order and which weren't weren't obvious. I attempted to contact customer service for help, but was met with lengthy hold periods and shoddy communication. Furthermore, when my order did finally arrive, I discovered that the products' quality fell short of what I had anticipated. I bought some tires, but they weren't very good, and they didn't work well. I had to go to the trouble of returning the accessories because they weren't the appropriate fit for my car. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my internet shopping experience at GAsupply.com. Although they have a large assortment of products, their website is challenging to use, and they could need some work on their customer care. This internet store is not something I would suggest to others.
