In general, the collar is of good quality construction. The smell is very strong and takes some getting used to. I bought these for my 3 cats to help them deal with the problem of urinating outside the litter box. Also to help with a fight between my two cats. The writing has stopped, but the fight goes on. Other than that, I haven't noticed any other changes in her behavior or character. I can buy it again after a trial period without using them to see if they pee outside the litter boxes again.
