Not for me. Just doesn't suit my body type. Was unflattering in the front as well as hip area in back. In the pic, the jumpsuit looks like it billows at the top near the waist, where the elastic band is. For me, it didn't billow out much so it didn't have the look I wanted. I ordered my size, but I think if I had ordered up, I would have gotten the achieved look. So, it depends how you want the jumpsuit to fit. Do you want it to not billow out much? Order your size. If you want the waist to look like the pic, order up. The leg part was also loose on me and was not as fitted as the pic shows. Plus because I am 5'3, it did not stop at my ankles, it reached my foot and the cuffs were loose. So, considering all this, it seems to be a fitting issue because if I had ordered up, the legs would be loose, almost pants-like instead of the skinny leg look. Your call.
