Pros: There's a time to remind you to drink and let you know when you're up, there's a nice wrist strap and lock on the lid and a Filter so you can brew water. Cons: Slight leakage if you don't screw the cap on tight enough, the brewing filter isn't long enough for loose tea. Overall the pros really outweigh the cons of this water bottle, in fact I have ordered a second one. I fill mine 2 times a day to keep track of bottle times and drink whatever I want throughout the day. So far I've made maple, elderberry and sage, lemon and lime, lemon, blueberry and basil water and I LOVE it.
