This is an excellent protein supplement. It has good ingredients and it tastes good, not too sweaty and has a strong protein flavor. I've only tasted the chocolate flavor and have never tasted it on its own. I always supplement my smoothie with other ingredients. It doesn't have a strong chocolate flavor, so if I want I just add a teaspoon of cocoa powder. I hope they keep improving their formula, it would be great if they added turmeric, mushrooms or even another flavor like maca. I used to buy vivo protein from the UK which was my favorite protein but it's expensive. I love Birdman Protein in terms of ingredients and price and it's from Mexico 😀 . Also, it doesn't cause gas, it's good for your stomach. I have a sensitive stomach and intestines and it doesn't make me feel sensitive or bloated like others. I also like that there are probiotics in addition to digestive enzymes. 👌I will keep buying.
