This is NOT a bluetooth remote control!
Although this remote will work with Samsung TVs, this is an IR remote, NOT BLUETOOTH! This is easily checked by closing the IR emitters and trying to press the control button. Only works with IR line of sight to TV. For the same reason, the voice button does not work, this function requires Bluetooth. It's a scam that it's listed as a Bluetooth remote control.
