Wider interdental spaces are better
My dentist recommended these for me to use for flossing. However, with the exception of two gaps, they do not fit between my flossed teeth. Generally I just had to throw them away as they were unusable. Maybe if you have very wide gaps they would be good, but not so much for normal teeth.
