Disappointment: raincoats, raincoats and anoraks

Arrived very crumpled so it's obvious this coat was a return. Revain - So you all just sell stuff that people return without even checking the item? was a good coat as it fit well everywhere except on my arms. I don't think designers take into account that shorter, fatter women have fat arms because I have a problem with most things in my wardrobe.
