Misleading reviews and product photos that do not match the description.

I was so confused by this product. I've seen great reviews about it and one of the reviews shows a really thin guard so I figured it looked just like what the dentist made for me in the past. When I received the product and followed the instructions very carefully, I couldn't make it as thin as shown in one of the pictures/videos in the review. I'm quite confused if it's the same product? Worst of all, the kappa shrank like crazy to the point where I couldn't shape it anymore.
