I've only been using these glasses for a short time, but I can already feel the difference. My problem was checking my phone before bed. I've always had trouble sleeping, but it's gotten worse. I take over-the-counter sleeping pills, but it still doesn't work. I was told that the blue light from my phone could keep me awake. So I decided to give it a try for a little money. So far I really feel like there is a difference - I'm looking at my phone but it seems I can fall asleep now. And keep sleeping. So I really have a feeling it's working. I will update if anything changes. But for now I'm happy with the product. They're very light, not my particular style if I were to wear them outside the home, but they're still attractive. I have a clear frame.
