These are handy walkie-talkies, but they're small and powerful, which means they draw a lot of power and drain the battery pretty quickly. My kids took them to the local park. and when they got home they didn't turn them off. The batteries had to be replaced the next day. Then they did the same. Batteries are too expensive for that. Now they stay off unless we need them for some reason.
