We are extremely pleased with our hammock chair frame. It is very sturdy and of great quality. When we received the box, it had a large hole in the box. All of the hardware was missing. The box had gotten damaged after they had shipped it. I contacted customer service and they were great! They shipped us the hardware and kept in contact with me until I received it. I give their customer service an A+. I was very impressed with their professionalism and care about their product. I wish everyone had customer service as great as theirs.
