My wife bought this bathroom light to update our outdated fixtures in the main and downstairs bathrooms. After the purchase we couldn't track the package which was a bit annoying but it arrived on time and well packaged! Installing new lamps was easy, instructions are clear. Tools needed for installation: step stool, Phillips screwdriver, tape, pliers/pliers and a small adjustment rod (make sure your new light hangs straight :). Installation took less than 30 minutes. The lamp nestles snugly against the wall and the clear glass is supported by small metal rods surrounded by rubber grommets. We installed vintage style lamps and they look amazing! The only minor complaint is that the lamp's gold is dull, she was hoping for more brilliance. For the price, this can't be beat unless you're willing to shell out at least $200.
