At the onset of the first Covid winter (20-21) I decided to invest in several items of comfortable housewear since I would be working from home and live in a climate with cold, snowy winters. This robe (grey-white stripes) was my favorite of all that I purchased. It is comfortable, easy to throw on, cute, and the 3/4-length sleeves and the medium weight make it wearable pretty much year-round. Last night, I put it on for the evening and when I curled my knees up on the couch, I heard the dreaded sound of a ripped zipper. The bottom fitting had broke. What a bummer. I see that others have complained about the zipper breaking, but mine held up for 15 months so I am back here to buy a replacement. The manufacturers should consider using a 2-way zipper that would allow more flexibility around the bottom.
