After years of grilling and trying many kebabs, I've found the perfect set! I've learned that some dishes cook faster, so I cook the chicken first, then add zucchini, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, and peppers at different times. I add the steak last as we prefer medium rare. Just remember to take off the safety tips when you get them. And yet, since they're flat, nothing turns or moves like round skewers! It's going to be a cold winter, but I see myself using them regardless of the outside temperature! And one more thing: cut everything open the day before and put it in plastic bags. I marinate in Italian Kraft dressing which gives it that flavor. Just don't buy non-fat dressing. Worth every penny!
