Dirty and Damaged - Home Decor

I was very pleased with these Christmas Lights. When I opened the container a couple of bulbs were dirty and what was on them didn't wash off, maybe hard water? A few were dented too. I removed the top and tried to push them out but they won't stay. That's a bummer. I would definitely advise against buying them again.
