I don't have any heat press tools. I came across this while looking for silicone cutting boards. Although its surface seems unsuitable for such an application, I ordered a sheet metal and cut from it coasters, trivets, and a 6x15 strip, which I initially used as a pad for drying lab glassware. Custom made drying mats are better as they have grooves to allow water to drain off the surface, so I now use that bar next to the stove as a kind of mega trivet/heating zone, which is especially useful when brewing tea. I could find larger leaves, I'd love to use them as liners on my metal shelves where I keep borosilicate lab glassware and empty mason jars. The large leaf is also suitable for an aquarium. In terms of surface protection and vibration dampening, it is arguably the most remarkable material on earth. I'm sure it works fine with heat presses, whatever they are.
