Bought when it came time to change my new septum piercing. I wasn't sure what size to go with but I have a tiny nose so I went with 8mm. This decoration is so beautiful. The gemstone is very shiny, very dainty and feminine. I'm including a picture of it on the thumbnail for those not sure how big 8mm is, but remember I have small hands too. This is a must have and if it doesn't fit I'll buy the 10mm! So it's worth it. Totally beautiful and well made!
