I wear a size 12/large blouse and have wide hips. I purchased this in large. It fit better than I expected, but I do wish it had some tapering or pleating in the waist or back to give it some shape. The sleeves are sheer and roomy. It is a very comfortable blouse. I didn't give it 5 stars, because the seam came apart on the sleeve. I am going to see if I can stitch it because I do like it very much.
