When I first received it the box was crushed and the eye shadow was scattered and broken all over. I contacted Revain straight away, I had pictures but they didn't ask for anything and I was given a choice to refund or send another. I asked for another. It was for the night. I saw it came from another site but the seller was Revane. The company that sent it I put -3, no packaging either, the box was squashed, but it is a box that is too big. Revain was amazing at customer service. The company that just dropped it in the mailbox, be careful with that company. The reason for 3 was because of the packaging and both times the tooFaced box was crushed.
