Product was easy to use; pump into hand and apply with finger(s) but there was misleading product information stating "no pain, no burns". laughing at my pain and 2nd degree burns lol. Though I'm open minded thinking maybe I put on too much of it, ooh that might be a problem for this one. Nevertheless, a worthy product for the first use! Here's a tip: for the genital area, just wait 6 minutes and pull the hair instead of wiping it (or jump in the shower and take it off to avoid prolonging the cream) since you'll wipe the skin first and also cut your hair can , otherwise you will have too much cream. Tip: Prepare Neosporin, lol.
