Review on 🍲 Rösle Stainless Steel Food Mill Grinding Disc Sieve, Coarse, 4 mm/.2-inch Disc Sieve by Jermall Meredith

I bought this disc with the idea of making spaetzle. This was the first thing I used it for and it worked great. Last time I made plum jam and had to puree the fruit a bit. I halved the plums, removed the pits and passed them through this disc. Almost all of the peel remained in the food mill, and the fruit was given the perfect consistency for jam. I did the same thing a few days ago with some apricots with the same success. The only oddity is that the disc came with a plastic sleeve in the center hole that was too small for my meat grinder. My guess is that Rösle must have remodeled their grinder at some point since I bought mine. I pulled out the sleeve and the hole in the metal is big enough.
