I already had a set of these which I use to measure essential oils and found I like them for spices too. Then I decided it's better to have separate spoons for different purposes, so I bought another set. Now if I change the recipe to add less sodium to the dish, we can measure out 1/16 or even 1/32 teaspoon of salt. It's also helpful to measure out hot spices like cayenne instead of just guessing. I have been accuracy testing them alongside another set I purchased which has a larger quantity and hopefully is accurate and these spoons measure less than the same quantity. So the 1/8 teaspoon of salt I measured out in the large kit is over what they called 1/8 in that kit. I suggest if you're using them for supplements or medication you might want to reconsider. I would use a drug store bought meter or scale that can measure small amounts like grams for greater accuracy. You will work for my purposes.
