Review on 🌡️ UCTRONICS Digital Temperature Meter: 0-167°F Range, Blue LED Display with NTC Thermistor Sensor by Angel Henderson

Had some problems with my 12 year old(!) solar water heater, sensor and circulation pump must be replaced. I wasn't sure about the controls and since the tank and roof sensors were 10k NTC I bought this gauge for troubleshooting. Could have put it in a small case with switches etc, but instead just "tape" a 9v battery (to weatherproof the outside coax) to the bottom, bought some cables with connectors (https://www .amazon.com/gp/product/B076JFFDWN ) and connected to the sensor wires. Very Fast and Dirty works perfectly to get tank, roof and faucet temperature readings by simply connecting the appropriate cable to the back of the display module. Allows easy adjustment of hot water temperature, will be buying another one soon. Well calibrated at 32 degrees in ice bath, upper limit not checked. Note that the reading is only up to 167 degrees Fahrenheit, with "HHH" flashing above that. Likewise, the lower limit "LLL" flashes if the measured temperature is too low.
