Surprisingly Great Tape
My first time buying this brand of tape from Walmart on sale at a bargain price. I shouldn't have been surprised at the quality considering it's Elmer. I found out I could get these tape fillers. I've had all the brands including Tombow, Scrapbook.com and they can go just as bad as cheap brands. All brands have the same dispenser type. So I can recommend buying these refills and you will save money.
