I found them to be of very poor quality. They looked pretty old and most of them.

I bought these black and gold garlands for my 60th birthday party. I sent her to someone else's house because the party was out of state. When I arrived I found that they were of very poor quality. They looked quite old and most of the dots had ragged edges. I ordered two sets of three garlands, it was 6 old garlands in total. I would return them to get my money back but unfortunately they were thrown away. Terrible quality, does not match the picture. Please save yourself the trouble and buy from another seller.
