It's great to connect with your regular customers more directly as well! The customer service has been top notch so far- nothing but friendly conversation from all around my requests/concerns!! Great opportunity here - even if you're not looking at this just because of their discounts or offers its still worth taking advantage while they offer them (as I have!). Easy platform accessable via any device & easy management by user interface which makes everything super simple.- Nothing really bad about what we've experienced thus FAR when using FChow. This was a good tool to use and have a platform to make ordering food online easy. It was easy to set up and use. I did not like that it was a bit difficult to understand, but the customer service was very helpful when I had questions. This is a great tool for restaurants to use. It makes it easier to communicate with customers online. It makes it easy for customers to order from the restaurant and get their food quicker. This is also good for the restaurant owner.
