This looked like such a great gift for Christmas! I placed the order with the 3. The shipping was very fast. Way faster than expected. When I received the item, the "n" on my daughter's name did not come out well. I reached out to the seller and received a response immediately. They got back to me within a little over 24 hrs to let me know it would be redone. They also let me know that they were going to hand paint and not use the laser as her name was long and it was on a curved portion. Any questions, were always responded too.
