My tortoise loves this material. It took her a week to get used to it, but once she did, she couldn't live without it. I'm glad she approves of something. First I give her that, then vegetables and sometimes some fruit. My little Jackie was a lifesaver, fed only lettuce and lived in the aquarium she was raised in. It had a large pyramid and the back of its carapace was recessed. A little over a year after getting it, she looks a lot better. She's small enough to stick her head in a bottle, and she's making her way to town. I am guessing the cost of Revain and Zoo Med offering 3 bottles which is really reasonable compared to pet store prices. Thanks, people. Happy Turtle Mom
