Review on Dell OptiPlex 9020 SFF I5 4570 Windows by Reggie Higdem

Overall it was a very good deal (price) and the product works well. However, when I opened the box and set the computer up, I found several issues: 1. The case was damaged with a dent on the top and no Dell logo on the front2. The description says 512GB SSD - The product has a 480GB SSD. BIG MISTAKE! I need a partial refund. I will keep the goods, but this is NOT GOOD.3. The supplied keyboard and mouse are VERY CHEAP / POOR QUALITY products. I DON'T EXPECT THEY HAVE TO BE DURABLE OEM PRODUCTS. Good Points: 1. Good price for the system.2. Arrived on time and in "acceptable" condition. SEE ABOVE. The damage does not appear to be related to shipping. The Dell logo on the front of the computer was not damaged during shipping. It wasn't in the box. Other comments: Please provide the REAL country of origin of this computer. Is that a Chinese fake that you restored to "current standards"? I know this is an older model no longer made by Dell. However, I would like to know if it was a US surplus, returned product, third-party copy, etc. Again, I'm (FAR AWAY) on your product's performance minus the SSD specs, please. I only provided 100% accurate descriptions with this seller.
