They don't last long, they last long (as long as they last)

Won't last more than a few days if not in use. Dead after a few hours if used. We used them maybe 3 or 4 times on a hike and then had to replace them because they died and we had no way to charge them. Very disappointed because otherwise they were good quality and the kids loved them.
