We had a 24" Maxxair fan in our shop for over ten years and eventually broke it. We bought this device. One day he fell and immediately the plastic parts that hold the axle for the wheels broke. The previous maxxair fan has been dropped dozens of times. Its air output is meager compared to the maxxair device and after about 3 weeks of use it makes a constant rattling noise when running. We just bought another maxxair 24" for $145 versus $130 for this one. The maxxair has a much deeper drum. When you see them side by side you'll think this one should cost even less. It's just consistently poor quality .
