Basically a paper tray with Qtips in a transparent blue plastic box. Time and/or having to keep tapping it on the palm of your hand until something comes out. Too bad it's not a spring-loaded or easier way of dispensing. The QtipsQips included in the kit are very basic. As you'd expect, not only is it portable, but it's also inconvenient when you need to use it. The cost is higher than buying in bulk; Basically pay for paper tray and plastic box with Qtips as extras
