Good quality for the price and fits perfectly. All connectors are properly aligned with the case cutouts. The only reason I'm not rating it 4 or 5 stars is that the way the back panel folds up to create a tablet stand in a horizontal position isn't the best. It folds easily when the tablet is not placed on a flat, stable surface. (Reading in bed with the case as a stand is not possible.) Even when using the case as a stand, only one position is possible. Other designs have the lid tucked into a flap which is more stable and allows it to be stacked in 2 different positions - standing almost vertically or lying at a slight angle. I prefer this design.
