This product smells nice, gives hair a nice texture and is really good at fighting dandruff. But as he solves one problem, another comes along. This dandruff shampoo, along with many other cheaper hair care brands, contains the chemical DMDM hydratoin. This chemical is currently involved in several lawsuits against these less expensive brands for causing or causing hair loss. As soon as my mom and I learned of this lawsuit, we discontinued all of our hair products that contained chemicals and saw immediate improvements.
