I like how you can have many different ways to get reports out of your data stored within Pangellight such as via Excel or Power BI (which works great).

Also love that it's integrated into Salesforce which will help all our sales teams utilize this tool more effectively! The product has not been updated since 2013 so some things are difficult for users who aren't familiar w/ older versions but they do keep adding new updates every now & then - just be patient!! We use panglight mainly because we want multiple people pulling from one source when creating charts / graphs etc...
