OEM filters are the only way!
Stop buying aftermarket filters and use what the manufacturer uses for your car engine! I used stock filters on my 2005 Mercury Mountaineer AWD since it was new! My SUV has done 2 miles, now has 238,000 miles on the engine, no oil leak, runs like new! And FYI, never use HIGH MILEAGE OIL! It contains additives that destroy all rubber seals in your engine. These particles float around in your engine, many of them too small for your oil filter to catch. HIGH PERFORMANCE OIL will destroy your engine, but will not help!
