Best stencil I've ever used! I used stencils, then switched to Anchored and then gave it a try on a friend's recommendation. MARVELOUS! A couple of guys in the store switched places too. Let it dry for 10-15 minutes and the stencil is ready! In fact, you have a stencil under the finished tattoo. Smells good too.
