I'm sorry to say this, but my experience with the JSOT online store left me feeling underwhelmed. In spite of the fact that they have a respectable assortment of tools and supplies for home renovation, their website is clumsy and out of date, which makes it difficult to navigate. In addition, the prices that they charge for the identical products are greater than those charged by some of their competitors. Shipping took a long time, and the customer service staff didn't appear interested in assisting me in finding a solution to my problem. At the end of it all, I realized that I was wishing that I had shopped somewhere else. Go shopping somewhere else to spare yourself the inconvenience.
