These had nice arch support and cushion, but the straps (I got the thin straps in black) had a sharp area in the square at the top that actually scratched my toe as I walked, so had to return. I almost kept them and would have cut off the offending edge, but I ended up liking the Reef Cushion Breeze black ones better. I ordered a size 10 in this Kuailu pair, but usually wear a 9 1/2 (or even 9 on rare occasion) dress shoe. The 10 had almost a half inch of space in the back, so I'm not sure if a 9 1/2 would have fit better. If I had to say, I would recommend getting exactly what you usually order in a dress shoe, since these have half sizes. In the Reef, the size 10 I ordered fit nicely, with just a smidge of space at the back. I think these are very nice flip flops for the right person.
