I bought this item because I didn't want to leave my house. It was more expensive than what I would have gotten if I had physically gone to the store but I considered getting three different flavors and a pretty spoon and it was a nice decoration. As for the scent, I like the purple scent first, then the yellow, and finally the blue. I'm not sure how to rate the pain relief aspect. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.
