Other reviewers have pointed this out. For some reason, even though Cricket and AT&T use identical GSM networks and towers. Cricket does not authorize G10 on its network. They offer a similar "G Power" series phone on their network. But I, having already bought the G10 phone on a whim based on good reviews, got stuck. So I went to the AT&T store and switched. So far everything works great. there were only minor problems with the music playback software. Nothing special. This is a really good option for a budget phone. They won't break the bank and it works well enough. The only major downside is that it's not 5G. But 4G is fine so far.
