Review on ChartWare by Antonio Taveras

The ability to create patient forms in one place that can be used by multiple providers is great! I wish it could automatically pull from EMRs so we didn't have duplicate data entry issues when using different systems or people who aren’t familiar w/the system- but otherwise no complaints here at this time as far as functionality goes. We are able track our patients' information more efficiently than before - even if they were not always connected via electronic medical records (EMR). It is easy to use and has lots of features. The most important thing is that my staff can access it from everywhere. I cannot always trust that they are using it properly. When they use the program correctly, I have no problems at all. That means it could be better if the user interface was changed, so that the user does not need any training; this would also decrease errors. We use it to control patient care.
