My old one wasn't soft, this one is and I like it, not only does it move easier but it does too.
I had one on my central vacuum hose that was getting old so I decided to replace it. My old one wasn't soft, this one is and I like it, not only does it move easier but it doesn't leave marks on the baseboards.
