Take your time installing the joystick caps. And in some reviews I've read, people have said they're having a hard time. I used a paper clip and turned the printed sheets inside out. Put them on and I'm happy. I'm actually planning 2 more. I have 2 additional controllers. One of them is modified, I paid almost $300 and now that I know it will save it and not destroy it I'm getting another set to cover everything.
