I love this pizza topper where I can fold down the long handle for easy storage. The skin is strong and easy to clean. I made my first pizza right on the pizza peel (I put a piece of round parchment paper with cornmeal on the peel and then spread the pizza dough on the parchment paper made of cornmeal, put sauce, cheese, etc. on the pizza. The pusher made it easy to transfer the Pizza on the hot pizza stone and back. The pizza came out perfect and delicious. Thank you!
