TWO blades spontaneously broke off!

The fan was professionally installed by us. A few weeks later we heard a roar. One of the blades shattered where the screws had been. We haven't used the fan yet. So I contacted the company. They were great and sent replacement blades. I replaced the broken blade. Hooray! And then two weeks later - again without success - the same thing. We don't know if it was the same blade or a different one. But two spontaneously broken blades. For security reasons we don't try anymore. Thank god no one was near the moving fan when the sheet flew off. And it's too late and hard to try to get it back. It was a loss. Don't buy this.
