I'm not a big fan of negative reviews but that's a bit unrealistic. In the 30th minute of the first day of shooting, the connecting screw on my slide broke. (I had to drill it out) It was a very low impact shoot. Such a minor impact that we ended up shooting with a hand left for work. Maybe I just got a bug. I had to leave town when filming was over and didn't have time to return my arm or gun for repairs or a refund. I am not sure if there is anything the seller can do at the moment to replace what is broken but if so I will let everyone know. As I said, maybe I was unlucky and just caught a broken part because the other of the two levers held up perfectly and did the job that both were supposed to do. The screw that connects to the ball is made of aluminum. Is there a substitute for steel? I'll buy 4 if so.
