This laptop table arrived intact and well packaged. Inside, all parts have been protected by foam and plastic sleeves. All small parts are sorted by size and type in labeled bags. Assembly instructions - all diagrams - are clear and understandable. However, when I got to the final step of the build and attached the tilt mechanism to the table top, I noticed that all the holes (all of them) were off center by almost 1/2 inch, so didn't align the table top. with legs. On one side it overlaps the legs and on the other side the legs overlap the top. (see photo) Obviously they use a template to drill the screw holes - but the entire template needs to be offset 1/2 inch. The discovery of this defect at the last moment is very disappointing. I am contacting the seller for a replacement countertop with the holes properly aligned. responsible seller.
