It took me some time to get used to the whetstone. Eventually I went and found a few YouTube videos on the correct approach. (It's amazing how many different people have different "right" approaches, but I found one that made sense to me. I've previously made a mess of sharpening my chef's knife, but with the video as a guide, I was able to use it Stones to make the same chef knife nice and sharp It could cut paper easily and when I tried to cut a tomato it was a beauty It cut so sweetly with no pressure Very happy with how quickly I got up and ran with stones Thank you!
